In 1995, a traditional center of Islamic studies was established in Nenasi, Pekan Pahang Darul Makmur, starting with building a Muslim prayer room as a place of learning for adult Muslims. In 1998, the center of Islamic studies has been extended to the Muslim child. With the need for children's Islamic education, the infrastructure building was added to a center of Islamic learning children (kindergarten) and also a grocery store.
With the expansion to build an orphanage and other community projects in Islam, this requires a non-governmental association (NGO) established to manage the education and welfare projects of Islam is more
systematic and efficient.
Then, in June 2008, the official Islamic Community Welfare Association was formed and approved Nenasi registration by the Registry of Societies.
With the approval of the establishment of this association, several Islamic charity projects will be undertaken in phases according to the planning table. Among the Islamic charity projects to be implemented are:

Centre of Islamic Economics

Seminar and Information Center Islamic Community
